When I first visited John, at the time I was half way through my training schedule for 2016 Dublin Marathon. I was suffering from severe form of knee tendonitis symptoms in my right knee . A specialist had told me that I also had medial cartilage damage so it looked like my Marathon was over. John is also active cyclist and understood that I needed to find a way to return somehow to my training. John took me through a series of exercises and quickly discovered that root cause of my problems was not the knee but one of my glutes was not working properly. John made out a recovery schedule which involved intensive gym treatment strengthening my knee while constantly exercising my glutes. Thanks to John's positive and extremely thorough professional approach, I was able to rejoin road training after a number of weeks and complete Dublin 2016 Marathon.
