  I was under time pressure and decided to get a quick manicure, as surely the staff would do it better than me in a short time. The cuticles where most important to me and colour was not important, I was told it will take only 20 min. It was exactly the opposite, cuticles were rushed and cut with scissors. I was talked into colour, which however was a nearly empty bottle. 4 layers were put on and the lady had to fix several fingers which she accidentally touched while working on the other fingers. Also no time was given to let the layers dry The way my nails were filed, one of my nail split already during the procedure, the rest followed in the days after. Additional I was sitting on the chair towards the shopping hall with a strong cold draft. But the worst is that when I was finished and looked at the time, I realised that I had been there for nearly 2hours. My precious time had been wasted, I had to cancel the class I teach that evening because I could not get there in time. It seems they were holding me there to make the place look busy as many of the staff had nothing to do. To top it all, I was charged 23€ instead of 20€ due to a recent price increase of which I was not informed beforehand. I do not find the place expensive but the work is not even worth 5€. I would have done a much better job myself. The whole situation was very frustrating and disappointing for me and after calling the staff I was offered to re-do my nails, without consideration that I had not time at all. Excuses were made why Jeff cannot take my calls personally and the promise for him to call me back never happened. Not even facing the customer directly is a very unprofessional attitude. If you really have to go into this place, speak up right there if things are not going well and refuse the payment.

  Jeff Devine Hair salon is certainly not your typical salon.....its pricy but worth it. I do my eye brow waxing, shellac nails and get my hair done from time to time. The staff is very friendly and professional. Ladies are very skilled at the job. Tracy took good care of my hair. As a black woman with relaxed hair.....they sure got the right products for my hair. Cheers ladies!

  I honestly could have done a better job myself. I am not big into haircuts etc but cutting my hair with a blunt sisors, burning my head with the hsir dryer abd leaving a huge clump at the back of my head for 20 euro. When I was a teenager we used to cut each others hair and it never be as bad as this.

  Always have a good experience here. Everyone's friendly and very talented at what they do. It isn't cheap, but you get quality as a result of this. Also free parking. All big pluses.
