  I've been going to this gym for a few years now and I've noticed that it's constantly being upgraded. They never settle at a certain standard and are always improving and expanding an already great gym.

  Brilliant gym with all the necessities and great space for working out. There are classes for those who like to workout together and have someone show them the way but plenty of space to do your own thing too.
  
  The owner is fab and always helpful and the atmosphere and ethos is always positive and a pleasure to train in.
