  Appalling customer service from a bride selling her dress through the shop. I heard nothing for 13 months after handing in my dress to the shop and had to chase down a response as to what the story with my dress was. I was told a sale had fallen through but there was someone new interested. I told them that if this sale did not transpire that I wanted my dress back as per the contract. Months went by again and after persistent attempts via phone & email I was again told that my dress had been sold 'that day' and that payment would be issued in 3 weeks time. That payment date was last Friday. I emailed the week prior to remind them that payment was due. The day came and went and shockingly i heard nothing. I am still owed my money. This is nearly 18 months after handing over my wedding dress being promised a 'stress free' service where they do all the work. I am no longer convinced they even have my dress or are they trying to avoid paying me altogether. It has been a nightmare. I would advise any woman considering selling her dress through Memories, NOT to go through with it.
